"BOA" BUT NOT CONSTRICTING!!
Okay. The song: COPY AND PASTE. I've had such a love for this girl BOA! She has this uncanny knack for being a lil' keg of dynamite. She has a pop dance vocal that's catchy and makes you want to move. And for an asian girl her groove is pretty much intact! Her dancers are good as well, but I have to say " just good". Call me bias. They can all dance. It's just for me, that even though they're all hitting the moves I'm still not feeling that "soul". That "It" factor that just makes you grin and squirm when you see good dancing. The one exception though is the male dancer with the curly loose flowing hair. For some reason he "Gets it"! The moves mean something to him. And I had to really examine it and make sure it wasn't the "White girl acts with her hair theory" That's when a white girl let's her hair do the acting. Why emote when a breeze can make your hair dramatic? (not rascist. just a fact) But I have to be fair. Diana Ross had the wind machine first then she passed it on to Beyonce! "DRAMA SELLS TICKETS"!
Anyway I'm going off track here. The song is GREAT!! And BOA is a treasure to her culture!!
By the way! All the other male dancers have serious "Updudes". Their hair doesn't move an inch. Moving hair does add "drama". I'm just sayin'!!
*** And a special shout out to Boa's make up artist! Baby!! That liquid liner is wickedly delicious!!!***
Singer BoA performed shoulder to shoulder with pop stars like Chris Brown and the Pussycat Dolls at the “Jingle Ball” concert at the Anaheim Honda Center last Saturday.
The K-pop superstar sang her American debut song “Eat You Up” and “Look Who’s Talking” from her first album slated to come out next year, and drew an enthusiastic response from the audience.
After the performance, she said she was “happy” to appear in the show, which followed her debut on an MTV special titled “BoA Live in New York.”
Rihanna, Katy Perry and Jesse McCartney also made an appearance at the concert, which marks its ninth anniversary this year.
