GRATEFUL OR GRATING
Why is it that the new generation of youth have no respect or diplomacy for people that do them favors or give them chances that they might not ordinarily get? If you could be out on the street and someone offers you a place to stay and a place to rest your head. Then why would you have attitude when being asked to take out the trash? Why would you be upset if someone asks you to clean the bathroom? These are minor things that I wouldn't bat an eye over. In fact. I would make it my mission to do these things without being asked. Especially if I had no job. And wasn't contributing to the household? Are these people crazy? Where the hell does this entitlement come from? My mindset just can't relate to this. Where was this behavior learned?
Does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture?
And the one question that bugs me to no end when someone has no money and no job is when they, with a smile and a gleam in their eye ask: Can I hold a dollar? And this is more than once or twice a week! The response should be: B***h! Can you hold a job?
On another note. My niece is making tacos today. I love her very much. I'm going to stop at the store and buy some sodas so I don't walk in emptyhanded. Why? because that's what a grateful person does . No one had to ask me. To me that's just common sense. So I'll finish up this topic later. But baby! I'm going to eat me some tacos and forget about ungrateful people for a minute. And No. I'm not going to ask my niece: Can I hold a taco? lol.
